Okay for starters I picked this hotel for the pool. Only to find out their pool doesn’t work. Complete bummer for our family and total devastation for my kids! The rooms were clean and nice but I did not enjoy the fire alarm going off at 12 AM to have to be evacuated in below 0 weather. I realize that happens but wasn’t even offered a refund or discount for the inconveniences. Won’t come back.

They waited until we were checked in to tell us the pool was not working and never told us that half their tv channels weren’t working This been a football championship weekend - that would have been nice to know before we checked in. We discovered this on our own upon entering our room. When I brought it to their attention they said ya. We shave half our channels. We don’t know why. We no longer wanted to stay at this hotel as these were things we expected to have as they advertised. We were told we would not get a refund because we had already checked in. I didn’t think I needed to call ahead of time to ask of their TV had all their basic channels or if the pool was in working order. And should have been told these things before I officially checked in - if they knew they would refuse to offer a refund (even partial) as a result of this. They knew both of these things were not working and failed to tell us this before I checked in. This is unprofessional and dishonest business. Do not stay here.

Liked that it was near our family. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Need to fix front door! Didn't try dinner although that's a nice feature. Breakfast was marginal.

Disappointed
Bad experience. The front entrance was closed, had to park in the back and enter through the back. One elevator was out of order and the other one was about to give out any minute. The hot tub was out of order. Overall, just gross and not worth how expensive it was.

This was a very disappointing stay. When we arrived at about 4:30pm there was zero staff to be found. No sign on the front desk. No one answering the phone. We know it might be a small staff as it was Thanksgiving but did expect someone. After about 10 minutes there was still no one and about 5 more people came in trying to check in. After about 5 more minutes a young lady came out - showing surprise that so many people were waiting. We told her how long we had been waiting her response was she was in the bathroom. No apolgy or understanding other than overnight us a bottle of water. Several other inconveniences. Front door mostly out of order. Elevator out of order in the morning and we were on 4th floor with very bad knees. Hot tub out of order. Water came out brown in bathroom sink when first turned on. Turkey meal was a nice touch that was maybe good when first put out at 2pm but only luke warm once we got there. Would have been nice to have a sharp knife to slice the turkey rather than just the small plastic knife. I would not recommend this hotel in its current state.

The only thing that was a little misleading was all the advertisements for the new pillow top mattress'. The beds that we had to sleep on were definately not new, the springs made noise when you adjusted position in the night, although I do think they were pillow tops. Also the hot tub was out of service. Other than that was a good stay. It would be another option when we stay in Williston again.

Sfae and comfy but had a few issues
Room was spacious and clean. Bathroom was nice but not clean and it was in disrepair. The shower head was hanging from the broken holder by a straightened wire clothes hanger and the toilet paper holder was flopping against the wall. On day 2, we requested fresh towels for day 3, got in late so didnt see whay we had gotten. Next morning we discovered we had been given 1 bath towel, 2 hand towels, and no wash cloths. Otherwise, stay was enjoyable.
