The building is in need of major repair and the staff is plain careless. The key cards worked but the key pad on the door was broken so we couldnt get back into our room. Eventually we were able to change rooms, but when we got there only 1 outlet worked, there was no fridge or microwave, the remote had no batteries, the water pressure was a mere trickle, the floor trim was peeling off the wall, there was a giant stain on the carpet, there was a screw driver, trash and hair on the bathroom floor and the hair dryer didnt work. Then on our 2nd night another guest entered our room while we were sleeping. (According to this other guest, they said this was the 2nd time the staff gave them a key to an occupied room.) The staff never apologized for giving someone a key to our room nor did they acknowledged the incident. On the 3rd night someone was smoking inside the building and set off the fire alarm. Needless to say we will never ever come back to any of the Days Inn locations.
