“The lake home was beautiful inside. The home was stocked with everything you would want. The view of the lake was beautiful. There was a fire pit with 6 Adirondack chairs but there wasn’t any firewood when we arrived. It was delivered after calling the home owners and notifying them. The 79 stairs leading down to the lake were a little treacherous and we wouldn’t recommend going to the home if anyone has mobility problems. “We stayed for a week at the Cozy Cabin. The property is nice and fit our family well. The furniture in the house was comfortable and we had plenty of space for everyone. The owner was very responsive when we had trouble with the dryer not working. A new one was replaced the next day. The number provided for service on the information at the cabin never did call us back when we tried to contact them. I am not sure if this is something that needs to be updated if they are no longer providing……

“Simply put, this is the nicest lake property we’ve ever stayed at. The house is newly remodeled & remodeled well. The property is a true gem with hundreds of feet of shoreline & 2 docks. The house is clean & thoughtfully appointed with comfortable beds & living furniture. The bathrooms are clean & beautifully updated, the kitchen is well stocked & clean, the living space is clean & comfortable. We caught fish from both docks & the boat lift worked perfectly for our 20’ fiberglass deck boat. ……

“This resort has plenty to do, paddleboards, paddleboats, a water trampoline, and a lilypad for the kids, my nephew loved it there. Just make sure you go to the website to read through all the rules carefully because they are not listed on Vrbo. It was a little disappointing that there was a fire ban and we had paid extra for firewood and we were not refunded our money but otherwise a great place to stay.”

“October was a great time of year to visit if you are looking for a quiet spot! Seems very family friendly for summer. Lots to do at the resort, and easy to access nearby towns and state parks.”
