“you will be actually sleeping in a historical castle, it's cool but also brings problem. everything built so old, which makes it creepy at night. and all the facilities are out-dated. the restroom leeks water while you showering. and the bed made my back hurts. I never met a hotel which kept your car key during your stay, and request your credit card details to access the wifi (they don't provide option to access through your room# etc.）. "Small hotel reception only available till 10 pm, but we got warm welcome when check in and the reception lady very nice to introduce the must check points to us. We got upgraded so room is a bit bigger , window can open which very Europe style. Room are tidy and clean, bed also comfortable. Breakfast area are clean and service normal Europe style breakfast which is good enough.
Will recommend for a short stay here and only within 5 mins walk to train station "
"It was a dream to spend our night in Lucerne here. Room is spacious and clean. Air conditioning works well. Bathroom makes you feeling good with large room and great facilities.
