Das Objekt hat eine zentrale Lage für Ausflugsziele. Restaurants sowie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Defekte wurde nach Reklamation sofort behoben. Der Bereich mit der Tischtennisplatte und dem Kickertisch könnte allerdings etwas mehr Zuwendung vertragen.
