“Great place to stay. Comfortable space with plenty of room. Unfortunately the clubhouse was closed for maintenance while we were there so I can’t speak to those amenities, condo itself was great though.”

“We celebrated a 30th birthday here and had a ton of fun in the space! Ample common area, lots of beds, and the kitchen was fully loaded with cookware and spices and everything you could need to help prep meals for large groups.”

“Our family rents a family home every summer, fall and winter and this was hands down one of the nicest. Clean, quiet, roomy, updated, private and simply beautiful inside and out! It would be very difficult to find a nicer home to bring in the new year! We will be back!”

“The property was great for our two families and an extra friend. We had plenty of room for all of us to work in the kitchen and the bedroom arrangement was perfect.”

“We stay at timber ridge because of the parking space and we bring a trailer for trail jeeps. This is the first year the local owners did not like the trailer being parked in the trailer parking section. Seems that the 4x4 visitors are an outcast here. Property managers english was hard to understand. The 4x4 enthusiast seem to be way more welcome in Leadville and the south western part of Colorado. Nice condo over all”

“Tons of room in a very well appointed place with a fantastic view. Would stay there again. Had a minor issue with the dishwasher that we had to call maintenance about but they were responsive. One of the bedrooms you are not allowed to open the windows in for some reason. ”
