“My wife and I stayed here for a babymoon. Our overall experience was very positive and we would stay again however, there are a few areas for improvement. We found the spa facilities lacking compared to other similarly-rated hotels: the pool temperature was rather cold and sunloungers were uncomfortable. Access to spa facilities was highly limited without paying extra (such as for the jacuzzi). Housekeeping was good, but some polishing in a few places would help. Quality of the food was……

“From the check in staff, to the breakfast staff, and the room cleaning staff, as well as the spa and pool staff were all amazing and very welcoming and eagar to help. It is a beauitful hotel and I have been going here for years. My only area of disappointment was and has always been the bar. The staff serve extremely slowly ordering food takes a very long time. This time my children got burned brownies, and ice cream that strangly had no flaviour. My ice cream also had no flaviour. The menu……

“Good location if you want to visit the ring of Kerry and the Gap of Dunloe. The Hotel is comfortable and new. Breakfast provided is nice and I was given lots of fruits and chocolate on arrival.”
