“Starting the day before the actually check in date, Jena was very informative and courteous. I had all the information needed for the check in and check out process and was told if any else was needed to just contact her via the phone number provided. The house was great and had plenty of space for a nice thanksgiving dinner. I would highly recommend this property if you are planning to visit the area! ”

“This would have been a great stay but the management did not say that there was a lot of construction being done on the hotel. My wife and I walked to our room to find a bunch of workers in most of the rooms. This was very unsettling because they were in every room but ours and it was a mess. Once we entered our room it didn’t get any better, it was not clean at all and the shower did not drain. The microwave was there but not close to a plug. “We had an amazing time at Claire and Kelly’s place. Plenty of room for 8 people and at least 4 more. House was nice and pier was great. My son brought his boat and stayed from Sunday-Sunday. Pretty much had the river to ourselves other than a few other boats.”

“Great day trip to fish although the fish weren’t biting. We celebrated my dad’s 80th birthday with a small group. It was perfect place for storing and serving food. Had the feel of a full size home. Lots of space outside. The deck was a lovely space to sit and socialize, with good shade.”

“We had a great weekend in False River! For most of us, it was our first experience at an LSU game and needed a good place/location for the game. Ma Mamma’s is a great place for evening meal. Great food and perfect place to take a big group or just your special someone. The house was clean, spacious and provided everything and more for our group. I would definitely recommend this place for a great stay. Great communication by the owner too!!”
