The first room we were given, had such a strong odor of cleaning supplies or air freshener, that it triggered an allergy attack with both me and my son. We had to ask to change rooms, which they accommodated. After getting into our second room, we were so tired and just wanted to go to bed for the night. There was some dog hair on the bathroom floor, but I did not make a big deal of it. I checked the beds and they “looked” clean, however, in the morning, I had dog hair all over my black pajamas. We did not have a dog! Upon further investigation, there was dog hair everywhere and several areas of dried pet stains on the tile floor. The room had not been cleaned properly, and I even went to the front desk in my pajamas to talk to the manager and show them. They were unwilling to do anything to compensate. We checked out around 9 AM, as soon as we could get our things packed. I tried to talk to the management again to have the second night of our reservation canceled and refunded, since there was no way we could stay another night in that hotel. The management was still was unwilling to work with us on a resolution. We will continue to escalate our grievances to corporate and provide the pictures if necessary. Absolutely the worst hotel stay ever!
