“Very nice house, aweson lake views. Only issue was that we paid for cleaning, and walked in and found nothing cleaned, washed...there was sand everywhere. We cleaned it ourselves, did all the bedding, towels, dishes and washed the floor. The next day we thought we were being broken into, turned out ot was the cleaning lady, arriving at 2pm a day late. Not cool to charge for zero service. Really want my cleaning fee refunded. Im guessing just a scheduling mistake, but I hate it when other……

“From renting to checking out, everything was amazing and simple. We enjoyed the house and the area. We were able to rent a pontoon boat and a fishing boat on this lake. Went to Porcupine Mountains, Lake of the Clouds and Bonds falls. One of the best places to eat is about 39 min away but The Konteca was amazing to see bears while eating dinner. ”

“Wonderful house, constantly improving The Host knows his town and gave Great recommendations for where to go and where to eat. We went from Hurley up to the shores of Lake Superior rock hunting, and also went to Copper Peak Ski Jump. What a wonderful view and the guides were courteous and very knowledgeable. The Second Day we went to Copper Harbor for lunch and went on top of Brockway Mountain and could see for miles. This is a wonderful house within reach of the western UP attractions”
