We were surprised when the bed was not made or towels replaced, as we were not advised that the management did not service the rooms at all during our stay. “From the moment we arrived Tammy greeted us and was so helpful and knowledgeable! Due to weather conditions predicted at our home we had to leave two days early. “Went there for a New Year's Eve party. The hotel had set up a few bars so the wait was very short, if any. “Room was comfortable, but it appeared they did not quite finish cleaning. There was a carpet spot cleaner spray container left next to a spot on the floor. The tile hallway and bathroom area had not been mopped and had sticky shoe prints. The showerhead was covered in black and green that I can only assume was mold and calcium build up. The bathroom did not have a fan, so it stayed very humid after showers. We have stayed at this located for the past 3 years this time of year for a cheer……
