“I arrived and the attendant didn’t have a reservation for me. He stayed the reservation wasn’t valid because they don’t do business with your company I ended up having to pay again directly to the hotel. I called your company and after several minutes of holding to get a resolution. I was finally given to someone that did not refund me as promised. Please refund my money ASAP and you won’t be bothered with me ever again. It was humiliating to say the least.”
