“Everything was wonderful until about 11:00 pm when the air conditioner start to make banging noises at 20 minute intervals. It would only stop if turned off and unfortunately if we did that then the room was hotter than blue hell. My husband and I did not get much sleep. I told the woman at the front desk about the problem when I checked out. An offer of discount would’ve been nice….”

“toilet backed up 4 times and overflowed and they didn’t offer us another room or a credit. Maintenance said this room constantly has problems. Other than that the room was very nice. ”
