“What can I say about the most amazing property to stay at new year. Catered for everything, even had a Xmas tree. Had fizzy wine, butter, biscuits, bread, jams. Even had a tour by the owner to where to sit on New Year’s Eve on the hillside over looking western. Shame it was only 2 days. ”

“This was a great place to stay for two nights when visiting Cardiff to watch the rugby with family. We had two apartments; they were brilliantly located, extremely functional and clean - which is exactly what we needed them to be. Luxury apartments they are not - and the price was very high because it was an international match weekend. But I’d definitely recommend as a base to stay and hang out. ”

“I'll admit it, after reading some of the reviews, my expectations were low but th property is excellent, very clean, very well equipped, free parking and smooth checkin. Very attentive in that they sent an email asking for a rating mid-way through my stay, i said 4 stars because i didnt sleep well because of the tv from the next room... they apologised and said theyd speak to them and nothing the next night, very impressed indeed. I'd highly recommend and I will be staying again.”

“It could have been a 5 stars. I stayed for 7 nights. the place was convenient, close to the city centre, very spacious, the apartment condtion was clean and comfy. The bed sheets and towels were changed once on my 3rd night. The bins were cleared everyday. HOWEVER, the check-in experience was VERY disappointing. First, I never received any instructions beforehand. When I arrived, i couldnt find the intructions, all doors were locked, no signs at all. So I called the number from the expedia……

“My partner had a good stay in that were close to the city and had all the facilities that we needed. The downside was that we had paid for a permit to park in the car park. However, we were not given the permit on arrival. We called and were told someone would be in touch and drop it off the following day. No one was in touch. It wasn’t nice worrying whether we were going to get a parking ticket during our two day stay. Luckily this wasn’t the case. ”

“The apartment is conveniently located with nice restaurants and a carpark nearby. It is also clean and spacious for 2 of us. The bed and pillows are comfortable too. It would be perfect if the oven glove is more heat resistant. ”

“The room is a bit too small and the water can flow everywhere in the shower room, so there are a lot of rooms for improvement. Having said that, in general it is clean and pleasant.”

“Lovely, quiet property, right in the heart of Bristol. The flat is beautiful, with lots of places to sit and chill. Complimentary soaps, coffee and tea, and they had even chilled a decanter in the fridge for me to put water in. Lovely attention to detail! I booked this last minute, so it was really too big for just one person, but I would imagine a group of friends or a family would have lots of fun here. My only complaint is that the higher speed WiFi didn't work and the smart TV wasn't……
