“Wonderful stay at this charming house! Plenty of room for two families and a grandma. Centrally located, surrounded by neautoful views and close to downtown Woodstock. Managers were great and left us a lovely note and some choice food. If youve got extended family and are in the area its a lovely stay. ”

“Property is what it is advertised-old farmhouse on a great piece of land. If you are looking for new this is not the place but if you want character, this is it. The house has plenty of bedrooms and a nice large dining room table. Outside is the real gem. The patio with the grill and ponds nearby is the place to hang out all day. Swimming in the big pond or catching frogs in the other ponds is fun for all ages. It is a great place to just relax and enjoy your family and the Vermont……

“Mid-December weekend wedding in town. Close to everything we need in including venue (Riverledge Farm). Walking distance to Phelps Barn Pub and the Grafton Inn. When I say walking I mean only a small block away. Very nice and friendly town. Host was very responsive prior to, during and after are stay. ”
