“This is a large property. We were able to relax and enjoy ourselves. The beds were amazing and everything was fresh and clean. Although the owner is on sight, we had complete privacy. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need to make a wonderful Vermont meal. 10 out of 10. We’d stay again!”

“We really enjoyed our stay and made use of the hot tub and tennis courts down the hill. Everything was clean and provided more than enough space for us. It would have been helpful to have a house manual detailing how things work and what is in the area (restaurant recommendations, etc).”

“We had a great weekend staying here. The projector and hot tub were awesome amenities. There was a snow storm right before we arrived and the roads were clear and the driveway was plowed. We had a great experience and would stay here again!”

“We enjoyed our stay, the home was beautiful and comfortable…except we found most of the baking ware, coffee makers, crock pot neede to be cleaned manual in order to be used. Also, the standing mirror in the mail bedroom was greasy. These were matters of concern because we began to wonder what else might of needed a better cleaning. In addition the K coffee maker does not appear to work and with more than 4 people staying it would be nice to have a 4 slot toaster. ”

“My wife and I were looking for a nice cottage in the woods, and this place was perfect. It was only a few minutes from the main road, but felt like we were in the deep woods. It had a charming feel of a backwoods cabin with all the amenities needed for comfortable living. There were plenty of great hiking trails within 30 minutes as well as a number of quaint Vermont towns. It was the perfect spot to get away for a long weekend.”

“Everyone enjoyed their stay. However, we would like to make a few recommendations. It is an older property which has many eclectic and interesting features. It would be beneficial if the growth around the pool area was cleared away to allow for more sunlight for more warmth and less debris in the pool. We also would recommend a complete banister from the first to second floors to make it more secure for older people to go up and down the stairs. Also would recommend grab bars in all the……

“The owner had the place ready to go when we arrived. It was a late arrival, but there were outside lights that were warm and inviting. Plenty of space for our party of 12 (6 adults and 6 kids). Kitchen was welled stocked with cooking necessities, great hangout spaces in the basement and first floor, and a convenient space for ski boots and outer gear in the basement near parking. Kids absolutely loved the pool - and have the pruned hands to prove it. The location couldn't have been better, ~25……
