“This is a12 unit motel/apartment property just a few blocks from Children’s Hospital and about a mile from downtown proper. We really enjoyed it stay and the communication was proactive so that we felt hosted even without staff on the premises. The walls are thin. ”

“This was one of the best VRBOs I have stayed at. Very close to Beale Street and a lot of restaurants and bars close by as well. The property manager was very quick to respond to any messages. The apartment is actually a bit larger than it appears in the pictures. I would definitely try and stay here again next time I'm in Memphis. ”

“Everything was so nice! A lot better than what I expected for the price! The view off the balcony was off the top of a roof but you can also see the bridge so it was 100% worth it! The entrance doors locked at a certain time so it was very safe! Great area walking distance from everything. Only thing i would have to say is bundle up because i tried to cut the heat on due to them having the air on 60 when we walked in but it wouldn’t come on. ”
