“I stayed for 4 days and no one came to clean the room. I communicated with the front desk but it didn't work. I was also bitten by bed bugs and the front desk staff didn't deal with it. It was terrible.”

“The staff member who checked me in was super nice and welcoming. The room itself was very cozy and well accommodating. It felt like a little segment of a real home. Only complaints were for a tall person, the shower head is annoyingly low, and the tv was stuck in setup mode and I couldn't watch anything. I was only there for one night though so these things weren't big enough of a deal for me to bother anybody about it.”

“Good clean room, quiet area, responsive management nothing to complain about. Our south facing room had a nice view of the nearby mountains, ended up staying a second night to avoid a high wind situation around Las Vegas ”

“This place was comfortable enough. The staff is very helpful/friendly. A little tight in the parking structures but manageable. Seemed to be extra noisy & we could hear conversation right through the door in the outer hallway & the rooms on either side through the walls. The pool was refreshing & I enjoyed the dry sauna, I only wished there was a hot tub. All in all we enjoyed the stay & would consider this property for any future stays in Reno”

“宽敞舒适，房间很大，有客厅、厨房、浴室也很大，环境美，安静。对于对于三五好友想好好聊聊天，自己做做美食，到小镇上走走，了解一下摩门教徒建起内华达州第一间酒吧，至今人们仍在酒吧聊天喝酒，很有意思。在这里可以打乒乓球、烧烤、在草地上打网球、泡温泉（可惜我们住宿期间温泉设施翻修，少了这个重要环节）这里只有一间歺馆，每周只开四、五、六、日，没有早歺，所以最好自己料理一日三歺，不然要开车十几分钟去找吃的。”

“This place is fairly nice, geared toward short or medium stay guests. The furnishings were decent, but basically IKEAlevel and comfort. The hallways inside the building could definitely use some carpeting to keep the noise level down as people are coming and going to their rooms. And we could easily hear people talking and arguing in the unit next door. The gate code did not work when we drove up, so we had to park and go through the building's front entry along the street in order to get to our……
