“Property was beautiful. Location was great. Everything was clean. Lots of hospitality!”

“The staff was friendly. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The entire property is very dated and could use a lot of updating. The hall carpets were dingy and needed vacuuming. The mini refrigerator in the room wasn't cold. The pool and hot tub were closed for repair/renovation during our stay. I felt safe and it was pretty quiet. It was fine for my one night stay to visit with family. ”

“When we tried checking in, there was no one at the front desk. A worker told us the woman was somewhere, but would be back in a few minutes. We waited almost 30 minutes and still no one came. Finally, a delivery man came and the construction worker finally got the woman to come to the front desk. The sink in our bathroom leaked water on the floor. Room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The afternoon and evening dedk staff was pleasant. The lady in the morning was pleasant, just……

“We had a tough start with a non-wheelchair accessible room (it was for deaf). They were able to fix the situation and everything ran smoothly. My son loved the hot breakfast in the morning. I will book there again. ”
