Western Illinois Bar Hotel

"Hotel has a beautiful carved maple lobby, beautiful view of the illinois river & friendlt and accomodating staff. Rooms are nice. Some of the hallways etc could use some updating. Nice and quiet with excellent complimentary coffee in the mornings. Irish pub within walking distance as well as excellent pizza at Hoops Pizza and beer. Also located next to I 74 with wasy access"

"Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean but the hotel was under renovation so not all aspects of the hotel were open……. Even with the construction the rooms were clean. The windows did leak in the rain but they had not been replaced yet. I would stay there again regardless."
