“Initially I found the room whilst full of atmosphere, it was noisy until the restaurant next door close. Once it closed, quiet prevailed and there weren’t any further problems so good sleep was the best. The room was lovely and the bath just so good. I would stay again. ”

“I haven’t received the check in details at the time I arrived the property, and it is around 8pm and there is no staff staying there. My phone is not able to,call the property staff to ask for the check in so we knocked the door of one guest room and ask the guest helped us calling to the staff. Luckily we got a friendly guest and reached the staff via phone and finally our check in is success. Otherwise we can’t imagine where we can stay at that night. Btw the room is good, well decorated…”

“Lovely atmosphere and not sterile like most hotels. There was a pod machine for coffee in the common area and filtered water available which was appreciated. The Bed was supper comfortable and the spa was amazing after walking all day. Room was massive with a decent couch and a small cafe table and chairs and a private balcony. ”

“The property is getting tired needs maintenance inside and outside especially rear deck.”

Best hotel in Perth

"There is difference between mediocre and the best hotel. I would say Westin is easily the best hotel I have stayed in Perth. All of the hotel staff are very helpful and polite, always smile to guests and provide excellent service. Breakfast at Garum is exceptional, beautiful food and coffee, amazing staff. Comfortable bed and couch with spacious room and nice city view. Overall it is always a perfect stay being in Westin. Definitely worth the price with all it provides. Will be back again for sure!"
