The kitchen dishes, pans, and appliances are also lacking in quality and quantity. The kitchen sponges were old and previously used. The washer and dryer are shared among four other rental units. 「Wonderful location for magnificent view of the river. We had a bit of trouble locating the driveway to access the property since it's a bit confusing especially if it's late. Look for the old Mexican restaurant El burrito to turn into street!」

「I rented this unit for 3 weeks to accommodate a business trip with men who needed their own space, bedrooms, bathrooms,and showers. The unit was clean and well appointed. Showers had dispensers for shampoo, soap and conditioner. Kitchen had everything needed, etc. Owners were nice and helpful. 」

「The condo itself was just as pictured: the rooms are cozy but had everything that we needed. The kitchen was a little too cozy - only one person could be in there at a time - but it had everything that we needed. The huge TV in the living room was great! The couch and loveseat were a little too soft for us old people, but we used pillows to make it work. 「The house was exactly as described and very enjoyable for our family so I am leaving 5-star review despite a couple hiccups (see below). The home is right by downtown and the beach, and beautifully decorated/welcoming. We definitely enjoyed staying here and would consider so again in the future.The check-in instructions received stated a code would be sent the afternoon of check-in (I did not think to follow-up on not having received the code as we were driving in through the afternoon/evening)....

「Extremely diappointing. Pictures of living room ,dining room and kitchen ette, all in one room approx 14× 16. No stove, no oven, no kitchen sink. When you sat at dining table, you couldnt open frig. NO fire escape route. Grill, pool very dirty. No usable pool chairs. Bedroom closet 1/2 full of owners property. Owner and/ or his dogs in our space daily. Owner very rude and unaccomadating.」

「It was a get away from the city, we fished, swam, ate, and relaxed. It was a perfect size for 3 adults. I would say my only 2 complaints would be the air conditioner as if it was hotter . If if was gotter than 95 it would be not cool enough and and pan with a lid. Show was amazing location was perfect.」

「The email we received as our "Keys to the condo" wouldn't open so we had to get VRBO customer service on the phone. They were great and sent us a new email with the info we needed. Then the code didn't work for the door so we had to call customer service again, he got the owners on the phone with me and they fixed the code. Everything after that was wonderful. An absolutely gorgeous condo!! 」

「They need to remove walk to the beach. It is nowhere close and that’s why I bought it. False advertisement! Also did not like the laundry list of things I had to do to check out. None of that was communicated while booking. When I pay that kind of money I am not mopping floors, wiping down shower and cleaning linens. I also hated staring a dirty alleyway. 」
