Modern Spacious Ocean View Suit with Private Entrance

Perched atop the Dundarave neighborhood, this cozy, newly and fully renovated, and peaceful guest suite can be your base while you explore the beautiful West Van and its vibrant neighborhoods. Close to numerous trails and tucked in the luscious mountain landscape, this place is sure to give you a taste of BC's beautiful Nature.

Very spacious (1200 sqft) fully renovated w/2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Full height windows in every room allow for ample natural light and peekaboo ocean views.
The space is the whole lower floor of the house which includes 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a living area and a dining area. There is also outside space by one of the bedrooms. It's completed separated from upstairs and has its own private keypad entrance.

Kitchen
All stainless steel appliances. Full-size professional Samsung convection electric oven, Bosch dishwasher, samsung microwave oven. Stainless steel sink with the professional kitchen faucet. Brand new drip coffee maker and hot water kettle. All cooking and baking basics.

Living & Dining area
Two Comfortable full-size couches. 55" Smart HDTV with Chromecast, Netflix, and Amazon Prime Videos. Highspeed internet with 100 Mbps download speed.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
1 bedroom with queen-size bed, 2 closets, and 2 full-size sliding doors opening to a small grass yard with amazing nature and ocean views. The main bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with a tub and shower. It also has a king-size bed, an office desk, and a mirror along with a full-height window for natural light. The other full bathroom is located close to the living room and has a shower and a full-size mirror.

You have your own washer and dryer.

Long weekend stay
My friend and I came to Vancouver for the weekend. The location of the property was convenient for exploring Vancouver and the view from the property was lovely. Be warned, the driveway is extremely steep. We came in at night and it wasn't well lit. We ended up damaging the side of our car trying to navigate the driveway and parking. Also, our cell reception was poor so we had a difficult time accessing the check in directions when we arrived. One of us had to drive away from the property to get a signal so we could access the code. Inside, the property is quite lovely and has great amenities. We couldn't seem to get the heating quite right as it was either very warm or very cold. We both had a bit of work to do and found the noise from upstairs was distracting. There were loud running footsteps and voices both day and night.I would not recommend the property for anyone with mobility issues and it's challenging to load and unload luggage due to the steep grade of the driveway.

Pleasant stay
My family and I stayed in this accomodation for 3 nights. Pros: The location was wonderful, check in was easy and communication with the host was great! Cons: The only comments are, the driveway is a little tricky to park in. You can park at the bottom, but, you will struggle if you have any walking ailments or are elderly as its really steep. And lastly, the footsteps from above can be loud as its a family with small children living above. Overall, its a pleasant stay, it was clean and was enough space for us. Thank you!

Parfaite situation géographique. Un peu bruyant tôt le matin car propriétaire vit au dessus avec des enfants. Propriétaires agréables. Un peu cher par rapport à la qualité de l hebergement comparativement aux locations que l on fait régulièrementsur Abritel. Correct tout de même et propre à l arrivée si on ne va pas dans les coins. Nous avons passé globalement un bon séjour.

To far from Vancouver no facilities for overseas visitors such as tea coffee or breakfast meals. We were to far away from shops and information about public transport. We had to wait until a couple of days before we could get the address of the property?

Very enjoyable stay
Location is a bit of a distance from the airport but is great for exploring downtown Vancouver or heading up the Sea to Sky Highway. Clean property in a nice neighborhood. Hosts communicate well and are quick to respond to any requests. Would stay again.

Very nice views in a great place
Easy to get there, as it is near the woods, we found some big spiders, the yard was a little dry, don't know if it was due to the heat they have been having. The house is well equipped, just you have to bring your Netflix or streaming app password, also there is not so much if almost any space to put you clothes in, like a drawer.

Comfortable and clean. Great location on top of a hill with great proximity to shops and beach. Being on bottom floor of a family home there are heavy footsteps in the morning and evening. We would stay here again.
