“What a wonderful house! It truly felt like a cabin getaway. The house comfortably accommodated our large group and was well-equipped with the essentials. It was conveniently located just minutes from Holiday Valley tubing and 15 minutes from the ski resort. If you're traveling during the winter, I highly recommend a four-wheel-drive vehicle. The hill leading to the house is quite steep and challenging to navigate without one. They thoughtfully provided shovels in the garage, which was……

“It was a nice location, only real issue was not having proper pans for cooking breakfast. It also would have been nice to have a fire, and use of the hot tub. The house was clean, and cozy. Great communication along the way with the host though. ”

“After a mere 16 years, I finally convinced family to come up for the Fall Fest festivities and this house was the cherry on top. It is in a great location to the main hub of Ellicottville, easy walking distance or a super cheap Uber ride. Even to Holiday Valley, the walk is super doable. The house was big enough with extra room for 12 adults and a dog. While the open concept is awesome for the views, it is a little loud for anyone sleeping on the second floor. But that wouldn’t deter me from……

“This property was absolutely perfect for our family. It had every amenity we could have possibly needed. The layout of the house was great. Plenty of common area for our group of 7 kids and 9 adults to spread out. The rooms were great with a mix of some upstairs and downstairs, some bunk rooms for the kids and regular rooms for the adults. Plenty of bathrooms. “My husband and I plus 4 other couples had the most fun this weekend. The house is gorgeous and has everything you need, to a fully stocked kitchen,firewood,games,linens and more. The street is quiet and has amazing views. Just a two minute drive into town if you want to explore the many restaurants,bars, and quaint shops.”

“Our family (6 adults and 3 kids) spent a picture perfect White Christmas at this gorgeous chalet in Ellicottville. The home is perfectly appointed and stunning, tucked away in the hills with views of the beautiful surrounding valley. There was quite a bit of snow before we arrived but everything was plowed and shoveled for us and there was plenty of room to park our four cars. We were able to ski at Holiday Valley, and use the snow shoes the host provided to hike around the property. The kitchen……
