“We were celebrating our 27th wedding anniversary, which had been 10 years since we stopped in Fredricksburg. We chose Erin's escape for the 2 of us. Check in was a little confusing. The units are named vs numbered. The address of the place is the same address for all of the units so when we arrived we spent 5 minutes trying to unlock the wrong door. We figured out our mistake and walked around to the back down the rock steps. We were greeted by 5 or 6 deer. So nice! The place had everything we……

“Very easy to find, centrally located. Excellent instructions for checking in and fantastic communication from the host. Comfortable beds, two separate bathrooms and relaxed living room/kitchen area. Free parking directly outside and spotlessly clean throughout. Coffee machine, fridge and freezer which was full of ice. Great cooking facilities, would highly recommend.”

“Great place. Close to the Main Street. Hot tub was wonderful and the bed was so cozy. We slept way later than we normally do. My only complaint would be the shower head didn’t spray hard enough. Was hard to get rinsed off. ”

“This property had quick access to pretty much everything. Short drive to the Military Base and to the Pearl area. You can get on the interstate quickly and downtown in minutes. The area immediately surrounding the property is a little run down but felt safe enough. If you are used to quieter areas you will notice the road noise but the owner has provided a noise machine in the bedroom. As advertised, it is a small place, but not cramped. ”
