“Lovely cabin and perfect setting. And wonderfully convenient - halfway between Hanover, where we were attending Dartmouth's graduation - and Plymouth, where the grad's dad lives. The place was spotless, the design was great with hooks just where you needed them, and the bed was one of the most comfortable I've ever had. Be aware, however, of two things. First, as we were told in one of the communications we received a day or so before our trip, the hot water heater tank is on the small side, so……

“Wonderful place, cabin had anything I needed, communication with hosts was easy. A great place to spend a weekend reading or drawing with easy access to hiking.”

“The cabin was amazing. We stayed for 3 nights. The waterfall and nature surrounding the cabin were beautiful. Had a small issue when we arrived with the heater. However, after a quick text with Vinnie, he was there in a few minutes and had us back in good shape. The internet and cell coverage is pretty limited, but at a place like that, who needs internet. We just had a tough time getting a hold of the kids to check in back home. Highly recommend and Vinnie is super responsive. ”

“Overall good rental but these are 3 minor issues: 1. A railing from the parking lot to the front door would help to walk down the steps. 2. Additional bath towels and wash clothes are needed. 3. A large stone is missing from the last deck step to the dock.”

“Fabulous location within a 2 minute walk to lake for swimming and other water activities. 5 minute drive to quaint downtown Sunapee and 5 minutes to Sunapee mountain! We were in the area for a wedding and our family of 6 fit comfortably into the cozy cabin with an expansive screen porch and comfortable couch seating for all. Made s’mores in outdoor fire pit and listened to loons calling on the lake. Weather wasn’t great but we still had fun and wished we could stay a week. Wonderfully responsive……

“Stayed with my husband, son, daughter in law and 3 year old granddaughter. We totally enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and very well appointed. Morning walks to the river and roasting marshmallows at night. Butterflies, wild turkeys, and a toad were highlights for the little one. A short drive to Wellington state park and about 30 minutes to restaurants. I imagine it would also be a perfect location in fall and winter”
