"We had a great time boating and enjoying this lakeside home. The house was clean inside, and spacious as pictured. We also loved visiting Screw Auger Falls and Moose Caves…just a short drive away. I suggest that there be more kitchen towels available as well as washcloths in the bathrooms. The outside of the home could’ve used some cleanup as well. "

"Our stay was great! The location is awesome for a weekend at Sunday River. Super close to the mountain and other restaurants. All the rooms were big and beds were comfy. The house is literally on a side of a mountain so the views were stunning. Only deducted 1 star because we lost power, but to 0 fault of the owner! It was a very windy weekend. All communication with the owner was seamless and very fast responses. Highly recommend this rental house! "

"We were so lucky to find this home for our vacation. The views were gorgeous and on sunny days,after skiing, the beautiful deck was the perfect place to spend time with friends and family. The house was in perfect condition and had everything we needed to have a vacation space EVERYONE was happy with. Every room was spacious and the kitchen provided everything we needed to cook some family style meals. We would definitely go back to this gem!"

"The Deck House was a great spot for our family vacation this year. We had a large group of adults + 1 baby and there was plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen was perfect for cooking large meals with two fridges and a large range/oven. Lots of space for yard games and great fishing and kayaking spot. "Jim's house was wonderful for our weekend ski trip. We had about 10 people staying in the house and we were all able to sleep comfortably, with lots of extra room.
