This lovely 3bed/ 2bath/ is located in West Palm Beach Fl. Hot tub, cl to Beach.

This Luxury single family home with pool and spa is exquisitely decorated with pebbles in the front entrance. On the inside, the property is neatly in painted with different colors; and the ceiling is elevated with elegant crown molding. This property is a quick trip to the best that Palm Beach has to offer. It is also a convenience at every turn with easy access to Downtown, I–95, the Florida Turnpike, nearest bus stop, city place and the airport.
                                                                                                             
The three-bedroom and two bathrooms home contains a nice kitchen, a spacious dining room, a beautiful living-room and a laundry room for your convenience.  

Amenities in this home include: wi-fi access in the entire house, central air-conditioned, a sport area and a nice furnished patio in the back yard for your comfort.
The kitchen is equipped with GE stainless steel appliances, a Range, a dishwasher, a coffee machine, a microwave and a refrigerator. The kitchen is ready for all your cooking and baking needs, including pots, pans and silverware.
 
The dining room is a large area furnished with an elegant wooden dining furniture which is made of an eight-chairs with table and China set. It is also equipped with a 50” smart TV to enjoy the news or your favorite TV show while eating your meals.
The first two master bedrooms are furnished with king size beds, two bed-side tables, dressers and mirror. They also have a smart TV each. There is a full bath in one of the master bedrooms and a shower to accommodate the other 2 bedrooms.

The third bedroom is furnished with a nice queen size bedroom set and offers an excellent backyard view.
This home offers comfort with a smart tv in the living room which is decorated with a nice living-room set made of real wood, night stands and lamps. It has plenty of space for your family to play, while enjoying the Pri byvacy of a fully fenced house.
 
The laundry room is conveniently located in the garage. The backyard is featured with a BBQ grill and beach chairs for reading and relaxing. Your guests can also enjoy the sports equipment and the pool table located inside the home.

Very clean property. Best stocked home I have every rented. Fruit basket / wine basket upon arrival. Refrigerator stocked with essentials. Huge number of towels to use along with many other items like toiletries on top of the stocked kitchen pots, pans, plates, glasses. spices, 3 different types of coffee, creamers, and many many more. Only small issue was the hot tub not getting over 95 degrees for 3 of the 5 days. Never found out WHY it didn not heat up the other days. I would definitely recommend and wiould stay there again.

The refrigerator was full of goodies and they had a fruit basket with wine. Lots of people have left toiletries behind and that was useful! The house was very clean and comfortable. There is a pool table. There is an above ground pool and jacuzzi. This is the house I'll stay in for my Palm Beach stays! Close to everything

We arrived to find the home exactly as described and spotless. The AC was set at a comfortable 74 degrees and there was a thank you note with a basket of fruit and wine. The note included instructions to enjoy all the food in the fridge that had been provided just for us! We found bagels, muffins, cookies, OJ, beer, wine, sodas and everything for our morning coffee. This was just amazing. The beds were super comfortable and the rooms were all cozy. The bathrooms were spotless and stocked with any items we may have forgotten. The kitchen was spotless and the appliances looked brand new. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool. I would not hesitate to book this property again or any other property owned by this host. We had a wonderful time and enjoyed our stay so much!

The property was very nice. There was substantial food and drink stocked at the house. The fruit basket was fantastic. The additional food ( eggs, muffins and croissants) were a pleasant surprise. The drinks, alcohol and orange juice was another pleasant surprise. The hot tub was nice. It was a little early for the pool but it looked inviting. I would recommend this property. I also loved the fluffy dog.

Beautiful Stay!
Really clean and fully stocked! The hosts had lots of goodies for us! Fruit, juices, eggs, and croissants. The beds are really comfortable and it’s a great location. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Great outdoor space with hot tub and pool and grill. Lovely neighborhood.

Host was very communicative prior to check in. And even after checking to find the key to the pool. The property was clean, well sanitized, and the host was kind enough to leave a fridge full of food for us. Rooms were nice and comfortable, and one of them had a ceiling fan. No complaints here. Great little getaway.
The house and property were great! The property has everything that you need. No worries if you forgot something, they have it. The hosts filled the fridge for us. We didn’t even have to ask. Pool, hot tub and outside area were awesome. Hopefully. We will back again!

Excellent Property
This property was wonderful to stay in and exceptionally clean. The outdoor space was great to sit and relax and enjoy the company of family. There was little problem that the property manager addressed and fixed immediately. They supplied the fixings for a great breakfast and the hot tub and new pool are an added bonus. We would definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

Far Exceeded Expectations!
Beautiful, clean, well-supplied accommodations. Host was super responsive when we had questions. We were delighted when arriving very late that we had no problems getting in and found snacks, treats, and even a generous breakfast for the next day waiting for us in the clean refrigerator. Coffee, tea, creamer, juice, fresh fruit, baked goods - just like a real BnB! Plus, sunscreen and shampoos which we could not bring by airplane. We were treated like friends of the family. Fantastic!!!

Amazing Place
This is probably the most relaxing and beautiful home I have ever been in. I wish I could pick the home up and move it to my own piece of land. The details and the thoughts put in to this home are like no other. Our family loved every minute it we cannot wait to go back! The owner was so nice and thoughtful an easy to communicate with!

Nice stay
We didn't spend much time there since we had family in the area, so we mostly used the house for sleeping and showers only. The mattresses were great and very comfortable. They had seating in a den that was nice and the place was clean with beautiful flooring. The kitchen was lovely but we didn't use it aside from the refrigerator to put left-overs in. We did use some of the staples of food provided from hosts which was very nice and useful. (thank you!) The only negative thing i would have to say is there wasn't' very good lighting anywhere but the kitchen. The main bedroom bath was very small, which is fine, but didn't leave much room to put toiletries. The main bathroom sink had a very fine mesh in the drain that didn't' allow it to drain well at all so the sink filled up easily and the main shower head did not have a great output of water- it was gunked up with water mineralization. Nothing a good soaking of vinegar or a new shower head wouldn't fix. A few walls were painted without removing screws or old curtain rod hardware. This was odd but didn't bother us. Overall a lovely stay with all of our needs met and would stay there again. I gave a 5 for property management communication but we didn't need to communicate while we were there- but correspondence before hand was addressed promptly and accurately. Nice place to stay.
