“I love 21c hotels and this one was no different. Great room, beautiful artwork, and a nice vibe. ”

“The hotel is very good; we’ve stayed there before. The front staff and bartenders were great. Housekeeping really dropped the ball this time around. It would have been helpful to know that they only come every other day. We called the desk asking for coffee to be sent up when we saw they had not come, so we could have some before our shower. At the same time we asked for 1 extra towel (they only provided 2). We received these with no problem. We did not have a soap dish, so we used a to go……

“We are from the suburbs of Louisville but we enjoy staying at the Galt House, eating at Jeff Ruby's, sitting in the walkover having a drink & people watching. Lots of good restaurants, distillery tours, & the Slugger Museum for tourist. Will be back. ”
