“Great property, perfect size for our group of 6. Quiet neighborhood, close to area bike trails, state parks, and City life. Would stay here again.”

“This property is one of the best places that we have ever rented. We had ten adults and eight children and it never seemed crowded. There were more than enough beds for everyone. The outside was a fabulous place to explore. The second refrigerator in the garage was an added bonus. We would definitely love to return here again!”

“First of all, Nikki was our online host and stayed in communication with me the whole time. When we arrived at Cedar River, I found that the cabin I thought I reserved was not the one I actually reserved. Fortunately for us Nikki was there to check us in and helped us upgrade to a bigger cabin to fit our family and puppies. We stayed in the two bedroom cabin which had everything you needed to enjoy your stay and the place was very clean and well maintained. We do plan on staying there the next……

“We had a great stay, we came to Iowa to play in a High School preseason tournament. We were looking for a house that would fit the 12 players, coaches, and parent drivers. There was plenty of space. We also were looking for something that would allow the ladies to hang and connect as a group and leading into the season, and there was more than enough space in the house to allow them to have their time as a team. The house was well supplied, and we were able to make all our meals at the house……
