“The house was clean and nice for an older structure. It appears that the surrounding land is used for boat storage or something. Didn’t bother us but was unexpected. The house itself was clean and the property owner didn’t bother us which is super nice. We would stay again! ”

“Nice inn with comfortable and clean units. Not spectacular, but it's one of the few affordable places on the island. Some people might be put off by the location, a mile south of Oaks Bluff. But it's got Noman's, a great restaurant with live music, and it's right on the bus line. Also you can walk 15 minutes to the beach. Units not soundproof, you can here some noise from your neighbors. Great pool and tennis courts.”

“This apartment was a great location to walk to the shops and restaurants in Oak Bluffs. We typically don't rent 1 bed/1 bath properties but we would rent this one again. It was very large and very clean and comfortable. The morning sun, coming in from over the ocean was beautiful each morning and we could sit out on the balcony with our coffee and people watch. “Very cute and inviting, but there is a few things I would change. Both showers were not very good pressure wise & temperature wise. The fees for the stay was more than the room for it not to even include pool passes. For the price there should be some inclusion. The beds & pillows were uncomfortable. It was a nice place overall but if you plan on raising prices for the summer I advise you make it worth it.”
