“Wow- a wonderfully quaint cabin surrounded by heaven. So many trails to hike on, our 2 dogs enjoyed the walks as well as wading in the pond. The inside of cabin was so comfortable, loving the fireplace on the cold rainy days. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathroom were nicely done. The owner David was very accommodating and responsive to our questions. Loved hearing about the history of the cabin”

Great view off the back deck for stargazing or to spot the several deer, hummingbirds, groundhogs, etc that visit that open space from time to time. Excellent kitchen equipment. Very easy to communicate with the owner. A little dusty in a few corners, but certainly cleaner than most of the cottage/cabin vacation spots that I've frequented in the past. ……

“The GPS lied to us about where it was, however we found it very easily (it was just across the street) we didnt really relaize that it was gonna be a little tiny neighborhood type thing but there wasnt really anyone else around and it was very nice and quiet! We enjoyed the overall area, watching the horse and buggies go up and down the road and seeing the deer in the evenings. “The owners have done an amazing job restoring this fabulous piece of organic modernism architecture to its fullest. Not only is it authentic, it is tasteful and high-end in every aspect - all the amenities are quality. We felt immersed in luxury yet comfortable and relaxed. The owners’ tour is not to be missed, informative, delicious appetizers and wine, and added a deeper dimension to our stay. Cannot recommend this stay enough if you want to spoil yourself while out in the Pennsylvania Wilds!”
