Among other things (only 4 tv channels & unknown gross substances on the walls), I’ll just say: BED BUG INFESTATION. Not past, not dead…we woke up with bugs ON US. And when I took a dead one (see photo of the bed bug on the napkin) to the manager, he laughed at me & said “oh sorry. The maid will take care of that.” I tried to explain that that is NOT enough to get rid of an infestation, he just laughed again. I’ve requested a refund for the process we had to go through to keep them (hopefully) out of our home & for leaving us to SLEEP WITH BEDBUGS! But I’m not delusional or expecting that dishonest, disgusting place to actually refund us. Also, just FYI: there are no local laws/ordinances to do anything more than offer “resource material” to an establishment with bed bug reports (or mold, or anything else that could be harmful to their customers). I called the local health dept & was told that is all they can do: tell the hotel they had a report of “possible” bed bugs & offer resource material. See my photos….both alive & dead. Also, the parking lot was full, so there were people taking bed bugs all over town & beyond! (Pics are of blood spots left when we killed bugs. It’s hard to see the context because my photos aren’t “live” once I posted. But the one on the napkin is not mistakable)
