“Beautiful, spacious condo right on the beach. The only issue is there was no toilet paper, garbage bags or bathroom cleaning products provided other than the one roll per bathroom and one garbage bag per bathroom and kitchen. This is the only condo I’ve ever rented that did not provide these things. We like to clean things up while we stay. The shower walls were stained with what looked like rust deposits. The bathroom cleaner we purchased did not clean it. Probably just needs some CLR. Other……

“We loved everything about this condo! Location was perfect and the view from the back porch was magical. I loved hearing the ocean every night and watching the sun rise while drinking coffee every morning. Condo was very clean, everything we needed was included (besides sheets or towels, which wasn't a big deal since we drove and had plenty of room in our car). The king size bed was very comfortable too. I don't usually sleep well when I'm not at home but I slept just fine. Would stay at this……

“This was a perfect place to stay to introduce us to the OBX at a very reasonable rate. There was ample room and the beachy decor was cute. Though we didn't have a true "ocean view", you could see the sea from our balcony. We did overlook an RV Park, which I didn't mind at all. The washer/dryer was a very nice added asset, and the proximity to the ocean was amazing. Thank You!!!!”

“We had a great stay at this rental. Even though as some other reviews suggest, the condo is a bit outdated, it would not deter us from renting this condo again. The location is great (we’ve been in OBX multiple times and love Avon!) and the ocean views can’t be beat. Waking up every morning to the sun rising over the ocean was amazing. If you’re a family like ours, and aren’t bothered by the condo being a little outdated, I would highly recommend this rental! ”
