“We had an amazing time! The host was very gracious and communicated effectively. I have a 7 year old Autistic son and I was worried about being so close to the lake, but I bought some door sensors from Amazon to ensure he didn’t elope. Every thing worked out we really enjoyed our stay!”

“We spent the long Thanksgiving weekend at this stunning barn. ‘We” means 12 family members of various ages. This beautiful barn offered us space to be together when we wanted to play games , dine or just relax and plenty of space to escape to when we wanted a little solitude . Kitchen if fully stocked with utensils, glasses, cooking pans etc. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nicely decorated and offered peaceful and private sleeping. Cannot say enough great comments about this barn. ”

“This is our second year staying at this cabin, and we hope to come back for a third! Love that there’s enough space for our group to gather, but enough separate room when we want to spread out. The beds and pillows are comfy, and the deck views can’t be bear. Thanks for a great stay!”

“Beautiful location! Love the Towering Pines and the Wonderful Lake - so clear, like looking at an Aquarium. The cottage was perfect - just the right size for us and visiting family. Enjoyed mornings on cute porch looking unto lake. We had awesome mid-September weather! The Paddle boards were fun. Super location - close to Chain and The Wheelhouse. “We had a gathering of our family here. We were all raised and attended school in Waupaca. This was THE spot for us to be and it just went so well for us. We liked having the lake and kayaks to use and the yard in back with the picnic tables…..just so nice here and the location was so pretty. Very happy with our stay! Thank you! ”

“We had a girls weekend and it went great. The water was perfect, nice sandy bottom to the lake, hot tub was great, house had relatively comfortable beds. Neighbors apparently take pictures of the number of cars in the driveway, which I thought was quite odd seeing as the property is advertised to sleep 16 people. Other than that, the stay was great. Property is definitely not walking distance to any local restaurants or taverns, so plan on having a car to get anywhere. ”
