“Waking up to the gorgeous lake view with a cup of coffee was amazing. Watching the sunset with a glass of wine was beyond relaxing. I will definitely be coming back. The property manager made sure ever small detail were available for my convenience. This place has definitely spoiled me. EXCEPTIONAL!!!”

“Walking into this property there was puddle of urine on outside front door. Cob webs and debris in elevator. Sticky tile floors(soiled), soiled carpet and exposed tack strip at every door threshold. 2 toilets unflushed with urine and poop. Plate with greasy paper towels in microwave not to mention insect infestation. Not to mention 2 weeks ago they made the rental a 4 day minimum after I reserved for 3 days several weeks ago. Very disappointed for money spent.”

“We absolutely loved this place! We had a few minor issues but they were easily fixed and the owner was very communicative. Wifi was a little iffy but it is in a secluded area. My partner and I really enjoyed this place and it was very well stocked for being a tiny home. If you are in the Pell City area I highly recommend!”

“The property is very spacious and well maintained. We rented the main level, which has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was great. The kitchen is huge. The views from the deck are really nice too. For part of the stay we rented a small upstairs apartment for our friends. It was so nice. The owner is very pleasant too. Overall it was an excellent stay and we would definitely stay there again.”
