“Had to be in town overnight for a fundraiser dinner and found this property last minute. It was very basic but exceptionally clean and maintained. The fact that my service dog and I ended up being the only ones there yet the computer controlled access codes literally do not work even one minute early us a bit odd. “Property is as advertised in the photos and listing. This is a mobile home. Recommend to able-body guests. Gravel incline leads to front deck. The natural steps leading down to the dock are a little steep and uneven. Some steps are taller / shorter than others. A person should be steady on their feet when using them, because they require a little balance. However the last step down to the dock was loose and there was a partially broken board in the dock itself. Host says she is working on……

“We enjoyed our stay here and would return. Were granted early check in but had already planned our trip around the 4pm check-in time so we weren't able to take advantage of that. Very sandy and shallow but I was able to get my Ranger 619 to the dock and secure it without getting in the water. Enough room to maneuver in the driveway with the boat trailer on.
