Rest and recharge your batteries in our apartment. Enjoy a cozy lounge, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Stay active in the equipped gym or prepare a delicious barbecue in the common area with a beautiful patio with sunbathing areas and don't worry about parking! Parking is available for just $20 per night.
The Neighborhood:
You will be located at National Landing which is is comprised of three thriving neighborhoods: Crystal City, Pentagon City, and Potomac Yard. You will have also the best transportation network in the Washington, DC area, Only minutes from downtown.
Getting Around:
Walking distance of Reagan National airport (one stop from the station), the Crystal City and Pentagon City Metro stations, and the Virginia Railway Express.
Other Things to Note:
We Host provides basic products for personal care and cooking for the first nights.
The pool is only open from May-September. (From Memorial Day to Labor Day). Please note that access to the pool is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two people to be registered. If you need to check in additional guests, they will be available for a extra supplement
We do not provide washcloths
Please note that the HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles to comply with environmental regulations. Heating in full operation (October 15 - May 1) Air conditioning in full operation (May 15 - October 1) Between transitions, HVAC operation is at the discretion of the building association based on the outside temperature.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items, towing, or damage to your vehicle while parked on our property.
We only offer one parking space and to avoid being towed away, please park in the designated space. Use your parking pass to park in the building garage. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit.
