I’ve read reviews of bad customer service, but that’s not the case. I stayed at Hyatt for almost 2 weeks (work trip), be kind and friendly to people and you shall receive the same treatment. They are human and they’re actually pretty professional and friendly. Thank you for making me feel welcomed in a city that I am not familiar with. To the young man in customer service, thank you for being friendly, and GO BILLS!!
The facility: nice rooftop, clean hotel, the room was perfectly clean and comfortable. I wished I could’ve used the pool but it’s not heated and the water was freezing and too much chlorine.. the hotel could use some bar food options, it’ll probably bring more profit. Other than that, I really enjoyed my stay. Again, thank you to ALL the front desk attendants and cleaning staff for your exceptional service.
