"Check in service quick, friendly. Hotel is very busy. Beer spilled in elevators on our way up to from, still there on way back down. Halls smell heavily of marijuana. Room not clean-floors don’t appear to have been mopped, stains on furniture, generally not super clean. Staff appears to be working hard. "

"This was my second stay here and I would stay again. As a woman traveling alone on business, I felt safe and welcomed and it seemed as if the staff was aware and alert even late at night. The restaurant on site was wonderful and the service was fantastic. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Highly recommend. "

"I’ve stayed in downtown Omaha a lot. This experience was the best overall. They have all of the amenities of a pricier hotel for a reasonable price plus great food options, friendly staff, walkable area close to many good places, and clean rooms. We will stay here again. "
