“Everything is just as advertised. Convenient to several trails, though not really trails suitable for kids/fourwheelers. If you have a UTV or Jeep, you won’t have any problem entering on 26/27 super close by. Bathroom is very big, and the endless hot water at the end of a long day of rising was fantastic. ”

“The property itself is nice and the house is setup nicely. The neighbors dogs next door are very obnoxious and bark all the time. The decking used for the stairs was very slippery and my wife fell trying to take our dog out and she ended up severely spraining one ankle and breaking the other. “We spent a long weekend at Misty Ridge. The house was clean and updated. We explored the area and took hikes in Big South Fork National River and Recreation area. Our favorite was the Gentlemen’s Swimming Hole with the loop trail. We were at Misty Ridge for two spectacular sunsets. We enjoyed a fire in the fire ring one evening. We would and may go back again. “The home is far from the Windrock General Store on pavement, but Trail 26 is accessible within minutes of the property. Clean and well stocked home. Hosts are very communicative and accommodating. Plenty of parking and the owner's very friendly dogs will come visit you often. Only downside, especially with trailers, is the narrow and winding one-lane road that leads to the property.
