“This gem of a condo was perfect for our weekend getaway to Vermont with our adult children. The bedrooms were more than adequate and the beds comfortable. “Modern, clean one bedroom unit. First floor, which make moving in/out easy. Nice small brook in the back sitting area. My disappointment was the advertised gas fireplace. It had a large tag on it saying it did not pass inspection Oct 11th, "Do Not Use". I was never told this.”

Negatives: Could not use water to cook/drink(fine print of contract did say this), could not use wood stove, TV so old you can't log in to netflix or any other app to stream, too many thermostats to adjust, hodge podge of cooking pots and utensils, dinning furniture structurally questionable, very drafty. “Beautiful area, lovely condo, very clean and hosts/manager very responsive. I would have ranked it a 5 - so I will say 4.9 - if there had been coffee, paper towels and napkins it would have been a five. Terrific view, a fireplace ready to go! “The condo was very clean inside and conveniently located. It was very warm for September and no air conditioning. So, the bedroom in the loft area was especially warm. We discovered fans under the beds when we were cleaning up for check out. I wish the fact that fans are located under the beds had been included in the instruction notebook. We looked in closets etc. but did not think to look under the beds.”

“A cozy and convenient trailside condo with a good flow kitchen and very comfortable open floor plan and living area with a deck and partial view. The brook out back near the trails is great for soaking the feet and the only caveat is the bedroom is tight but plenty of closet and storage space. Would return and recommend to others that want to be on the mountain and resort.”

“This house was the perfect place for a family gathering. It was an architectural dream! The view from the wrap around desk was amazing and the gas fireplace was warm and cozy.
