"This is a rubbish hotel! Checking in at 12:45pm requires an additional $30 check-in fee, which is a disguised extortion of money from travelers! I have never encountered such a rubbish hotel! This is unacceptable! Because I have already booked and cannot cancel, the female service staff at the front desk is indifferent and nasty! The elevator cannot directly reach the underground parking garage! In order to squeeze the money of travelers in disguise, the front staff was asked to enter the garage to pick up the car. Travelers don’t like others driving their own vehicles! I will never stay in this rubbish hotel again!"
