“We enjoyed our stay at this home. It was very clean, the beds were really comfortable, all the linens & towels were good quality, and it's a good location if you want to take a walk right from the house or drive a short distance to hiking trails. We didn't get to try the area restaurants because most aren't open in the evenings but they looked good. “Our family of 5 60+ adults wanted to share a space close to Callaway Gardens. Many of the available properties while historical and quaint were not practical for older adults (I.e. clawfoot tubs or 1 bathroom) Ryan has done an amazing job of modernizing this duplex so that we all had spacious and cozy bedrooms, updated shared space, identical bathrooms with tub/shower combinations and well-appointed clean kitchens. He has added nice upgrades like large smart TVs in living rooms and all bedrooms,……
