“The first room we got checked into had fleas, but we contacted the front desk and they were able to put us into another newly renovated unit which was much nicer, had a better view and was very clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful and they compensated the issue with the room by waving the resort fees and giving us a gift card. ”

“ We had a great time. The rooms were comfortable and well stocked, even with soap & shampoo. The check out was super easy. We enjoyed all the ammenities at the resort. The outdoor heated pool was a nice surprise. The location was great. The only negative experience was the pressure to schedule a time share sales appointment at check-in. You have to go to get the free gift and they charge you a "deposit". It is non- refundable if you are a no show and they don't let you cancel……

“Pictures and description don’t do justice to this rental. In better shape and cleaner than any other vrbo rental I’ve experienced. Very tastefully and functionally updated with little touches like hooks and bars in bathroom, shelf in shower, easy access outlets in lamps, bench at foot of bed. Bedrooms large and configured optimally with plenty of hangers in closet. We loved the sunroom, fireplace and deck. Wish we could have stayed longer!”

We got to the a beautiful sunset off the dock and our twins got their own rooms and bathroom. It would’ve cost more to get two rooms at Williamsburg hotel. So happy we got to stay here! Would love to stay the week during summertime! Beautiful home and location! ”

“We had such a wonderful time! The location was absolutely beautiful and so peaceful. The house was very comfortable and clean making it easy to just relax. Note to future renters - the property and it's amenities have been greatly loved. The peddle boat rudder wasn't working, one of the kayaks was cracked and leaking, hot tub never got up to temperature, several nails were popping up out of the deck which had several loose boards and splinters, and the kitchen needed some work as the knobs were……
