“We had zero issues with our stay. Communication was quick and easy with the host. 2 nice sized bedrooms. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast and dinner. Towels and linens were provided, which really helps when you don't have to pack and bring linens, towels, etc.”

“Family getaway, check in process was smooth, communication with property manager was easy, we blew a fuse and had to be directed to the basement to reset it during our stay. Wish the description told us there was no direct access to the hot tub, you had to walk around the house or down icy deck steps (from dripping gutter and freezing weather conditions). We were made aware that the hot tub watercolor would be different due to the chemicals but here was a brown film around the water edge. ……

“This was one of our best rental experiences ever. The chalet is comfortable and very cozy, well appointed with just about everything you need from kitchen supplies to plenty of warm blankets. The owners were great communicators and went the extra mile to make sure we were taken care of. It was particularly great to have them enthusiastic about us bringing along our dog - there were treats and toys waiting for him too and the whole place was dog ready and dog friendly. “The reason we booked to stay at this house was because of the “game room” basement. Upon arrival, the basement had fans running (meaning someone was aware of the problem) and there was about an inch of standing water. I contacted the owners right away and was told someone would come out and fix the problem (that never happened). By the end of the weekend there was about 10 inches of water in the basement. After multiple attempts to fix the problem, we were finally promised late checkout and a……
