“The house was perfect for my large group of friends! Several comfortable beds to ensure that everyone had a place to sleep and lots of room for people to spread out. The pool was perfect and the yard was great for throwing the football around and playing cornhole. The location was also great! It was only 15-20 minutes max to anywhere we wanted to go. Definitely recommend if you have a large group in need of a comfortable stay!”

“Quiet residence in an upscale neighborhood, Clean and roomy apartment that functioned as a carriage house on the property of a larger estate. Well equipped kitchen, heated bathroom floor, and comfortable bedrooms. Lighting fixtures were quite artistic. Stairs up to the living space would exclude anybody with ambulatory issues. Rated 10 of 10.”

“This home screamed vintage charm. We loved all the details of the home. I appreciated the tile floors for the pets. It was a unique experience. The host was wonderful at communicating with us. The neighborhood was nice with a park to take our dog just down the street. Much nicer than staying in a hotel room and price was reasonable. We will look forward to another stay.”

“Great cabin! Super cute rustic vibe, yet clean!!, spacious, and excellent amenities. 20 minutes from White Pass. Easy location right off the hwy, but still quiet/woodsy feel. We stayed with our family of seven— 5 kids from 5-14, plenty of space— kids (and adults) had a ball in the “rec room” playing pool, foosball, and darts. Each room has its own thermostat that was very easy to use. We so appreciated the boot and glove dryer! We will definitely be returning.”

“We had a lovely stay. We were in town for an event where most everyone else stayed at hotels near the Sun dome. We were so happy with our choice to get a bit of distance from the rest of the town, surrounded by the orchards, beautiful sunsets - we couldn’t have been happier. The airstream is so lovely, and had everything we needed for a quick, casual weekend. The bed was very comfy! “We loved this property. It is as advertised and better - meticulously restored with an impressive attention to detail and investment in quality fixtures. The house was extremely clean and comfortable. The location was great, close to downtown, but still in a nice/quiet neighborhood. The property manager, Heather, brought by some toys for my toddler to play with during our stay. This was a real hit! Very thoughtful and helpful. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Yakima.”

While nostalgic and fun to explore, it also had updated amenities like WiFi, TV, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. Great communication with the host who was friendly and helpful. A few notes for future guests: Most of the power outlets are the old two prong, be sure to bring a ground lift adaptor if you need it (there are three prong outlets……
