“very clean and easy to access close to mountain”

“The cabin is larger than I expected; it is essentially a small house, and proved supremely comfortable. Vermont gets *cold* in the winter, but we always felt cozy inside. The decor, while simple, is tasteful and evokes a Longfellowian image of a comfortable country retreat. Shower and bath is *hot* and revitalizing. We hiked up the Appalachian trail and supplied our necessities at the Country Store, both within easy walking distance. Difficult hike in snowy and icy conditions, but well worth it……

“Never could get the wifi to work. I entered the code on the router 6 times but no luck. Would be helpful if you changed the password for the wifi to an easily entered name. The man who came to shovel unfortunately after we were stuck in the snow was very helpful and very nice.. He got us out.”

“This trip was just as wonderful as the first. Spent our second Thanksgiving in this beautiful and private setting. It snowed 13 inches on TG day and it was so gorgeous! Sitting in the hot tub with the snow falling was really perfect. Everything was provided and check in and checkout were easy. Located close to Manchester, we had fun trying out hand at glass blowing at Hot Glass..too fun! Would recommend this place to all.”

“The cabin and location were both perfect for our family of four (wife and two kids - 9 and 7). It's a nice location; close enough to Rutland, Killington, Woodstock and Quechee State Park. It has a real nice, isolated feel, in the hills of Vermont all while being 8 minutes from Singleton's General store which has everything you could need. Thanks for letting us enjoy your place!”
