“入住是問他拿取牙刷牙膏，他笑容滿面地答Certainly, 還好我晚上自己又去買，回到房間他答我out of stock. 房間的電話是不能用的，壞掉了，跟他說了也不位我更換。另外洗衣服送回給我時竟然問我啦信用卡號碼，我說我不舒服，費用掛在房間上我走的時候會結，他答如果我不立即給他，就要立即來收回我的衣服，這是什麼服務，2022年的酒店也會這樣子。房間有多不清潔的毛巾，給我新的但是不拿走舊的，任由一堆毛巾放在廁所的一角”

“Really late deal for me and my daughter. Staff were all fab, everyone we met was very accomodating. Pool and room were very tired, rotted skirtings and pool tiles lose in pool (my daughter made it a game to collect them). That said, food was amazing and bed very comfy. ”

“Lovely hotel, some rooms are excellent and exceeded expectations, spa facilities, main hall, library, bar and restaurant are beautifully renovated, and we were allocated room no.17, sympathetically decorated in keeping with the character of the Hall, the bathroom was very modern and clean. Spa was great, pool sauna, steam room very nice too. We had an issue with the TV and staff did all they could to fix the problem, even brought in another TV and we could use apps more easily. The restaurant……

“Overall it was a pleasant stay. We stayed on route to the ferry and it’s conveniently placed to access that easily. We used the the Pod Point charger for our electric car over night which was easy to use and worked well. The hotel itself is pretty dated with lots of temporary fixes covering holes/breaks. The part we stayed in was old so the floor above was very noisy when they were walking about as they settled for bed. We also used the pool with the kids on arrival which was nice and they……
