“you have 2 chopping/slicing knives that really need sharpening so as not to be dangerous The water dispenser on the refrigerator door needs someone to clean the dispenser tip with bleach to get rid mold (easy for most folks to miss!) The kitchen rug by the sink is extremely slippery-suggest something with no-skid rug. We never could figure out how to turn on the gas fireplace-maybe some printed instructions? missing HDMI cable to Roku-possible someone took it? Luckily, son had some extra cables……

“This matriarch of the fam, spent 5 days out on the deck/big room/fire pit. Heaven for me!! All had a blast!! We'll be booking again next year. Only thing to make it better is, screen doors installed ocean side and screens on the windows you can open thru out. Add TV in big room 💞🤗”

“We loved staying here. The location to shops, the beach, and food couldn't be any closer. The view is spectacular. Parking is a little tight for 2 larger vehicles but we were able to park our GMC Sierra and our friends Chevy Tahoe on both spots, but one vehicle was blocked in. It was fairly clean, however, they asked for shoes to be removed but our socks turned dark after about an hour of walking around, and we would have mopped but didn’t find anything for that to be accomplished. The kitchen……

“We loved our time here with our adult children & their spouses! 5 bedrooms with king or queen beds. Updated bathrooms and well-appointed kitchen. Loved the deck, hot tub with ocean view, and the fire pit. Close to Waldport, Newport and Yachats. We will definitely stay here again!”

“The place was awesome!! Had a short walk to the beach. Had everything you could need for all ages. Worked out perfect for the family gathering. My mom having a rental property on the oregon coast she was vey impressed with the home. The one thing I would've fixed would be the back deck. Could have really caused an accident or tripping hazard. Other than that the house was amazing!!”

“We had a lovely stay for a couple of days. Location Location Location - Proximity to the beach was so easy. We enjoyed watching the tide, loved the front picture window that opens and the half door was a great addition to views and air movement. The porch chairs were comfortable and had the view. the upstairs windows opened to let the sound of the ocean in and a cool breeze.”

“Great location, beautiful views. Quiet neighborhood. House was as advertised. We were not able to access the laundry facilities. The door was padlocked. The host did respond promptly when asked. However, we were never able to locate the mysterious‘crystal bowl’ that contained the keys for the padlock. ”

“My husband, I and another couple spent 3 nights at the American Classic beach house. Great location with a stunning view. Kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. Loved sitting out on the deck listening to the ocean and watching the waves. Coming from Wyoming that was quite a treat. Beds were a little broke down but we were so tired by the end of each day we all slept well. Shower has great water pressure and lots of hot water. Would definitely come stay again. House was cozy and……
